Each camper, staff member, & Rotarian organizer has a specific login. Their login is set up to give them access to the pages they need throughout RYLA.
Each day, as everyone logs-on, there is a fresh agenda with links to each activity. This keeps everything super simple and everyone on the same page.

Each team has its own page, which they can add on to throughout the week. They also have their own Zoom room. Any link to a Team Round-Up will bring the students back to their team page and room.
Each agenda link becomes live just before the activity. Usually with their team, attendees click on the link for the next activity. Together, they watch the intro video, ask any questions, then find the appropriate link to mixed groups for the next activity. Each student discovers which link to follow by opening an envelope for the activity from their box.
It is like a holiday with little presents throughout the week! Each person involved in RYLA (Campers, Staff, Rotarians) receives an individualized retreat crate. Inside are some physical elements for activities, group designations for activities- so they can meet more students, eRYLA shirt and sticker, as well as some snacks, treats, and little things with which to play/fidget.
