During the Greebirn Effect, attendees will work together in a massive cooperative online simulation game that explores the 8 Pillars of Peace (Institute of Economics and Peace). Participants will rotate through different fictional nations, working together to try to bring the nations to a better, more peaceful state. This retreat builds leadership skills and provides participants with real-world problem-solving, conflict resolving, peace-building skills.

This program is for those who truly wish to be the change in the world, whether on a global scale or within their own community. In addition to peace-building skills, attendees will be developing other top skills employers and colleges are looking for today, such as: Communication, Innovation, Adaptability, Navigating Ambiguity, Collaboration and so much more!

The Greebirn Effect takes place 100% online and synchronous (everyone on at the same time). Participants will be working with other leaders from all over, creating a unique opportunity for networking with others in leadership and peace programming from around the world.
